Enquiries and Making a reservation
If enquiring for information or a quote you are able to contact us via the telephone, email or by completing a form online. In doing so we will ask for some simple contact details (phone number, email and name) as well as record details of your general or specific requirements.
Our team will then use this information to help make your reservation and communicate options to you. You may ask for our team to not store your personal details at any point.
For deposits or purchases over the telephone using a debit or credit card we will ask you for personal details to perform the sale transaction only by inputting the data directly into the card machine, NO data will be written down or stored elsewhere.
In some circumstances we will also need guest information if it’s a special celebration, any details that you require us to record to ensure that your needs are met. It is essential that your requirements in respect to these special categories of data are stored, therefore ensuring the fulfilment of your booking in accordance with your requirements. Such details will only be collected on the basis of your consent.
It is important that we are able to contact you by email or telephone using the contact details obtained at the time of booking to keep you updated about your reservation. This could be to:

After your Visit
Once your visit has been completed and paid for in full we will safely destroy your personal data within reasonable timescales.
During your visit if you have completed a Monthly Prize Draw entry form you will be notified of the outcome of the draw by Just Grand! Vintage Tearoom and we will retain your contact details to notify you of future events and offers at Just Grand!. On the entry form you have the option to opt-out of receiving any further communications from ourselves. In this instance we will safely destroy all your details given on the entry form after notifying you of the outcome of the Monthly Prize Draw. We DO NOT share your personal data with any external or third party companies.
We reserve the right TO REPLY to reviews publicly on any external third party websites, for example, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google etc, taking care not to communicate any personal information from which you could be personally identified.
We will use encrypted & securely held contact information and details of previous activity including that collected digitally (see below) when you have visited our website.

Your rights to see, delete or amend data held about you
You are entitled to see your personal data held by us at any time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make such a request. We are obliged to offer any appropriate details within 30 days of the request.
We assure you that you will always be able to ask us to safely delete and destroy any personal data we hold and to stop communications to you at which point any and all direct communications will cease.
