We do not refund costs as they are transferable.  You can exchange for a gift voucher (with a one year expiration date) or defer the date.  These changes can be made outside of fourteen(14) days of appointment without issue and are subject to availability. 

Your afternoon tea options are individually sourced and any upfront security deposits for food shall be deducted from the bill on the day. Key fact, should your party size decrease inside of 48 hours you will be charged for the pre-ordered and purchased food (takeaway is available upon request).
